A Little Motivation

This is so true. Today marks the end of month one of this journey I’ve started and exercising is becoming a habit for me instead of a chore.

It’s been 4 weeks and I’m noticing a change. It’s not a physical change that I’m noticing, I don’t think I look leaner, yet, but, I’ve got more energy and am enjoying working out. I look forward to working out, I’m looking for ways to add more activity into my day because I want to be active.  It’s not just something I do because it’s the only way to get fit, I want to be moving, sitting in front of the tv just isn’t as appealing as it was a month ago.

This has become my new mantra. I’m learning to live it everyday of my life. This is the new me.
