Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
I hope your day was filled with family, friends, and great food.
I stuck to my plan fairly well today. I had some carrots and hummus as appetizers and then stuck to my food choices that I had planned on, although I had for got about the latkes, so I had 2 of them, they were baked rather than fried so, not too horrible. I also got in my workout, and went 2,500 steps over my daily goal. So all in all it was a good day.
