My arms are feeling a bit like Jello this week. T25 is making me workout and really test my strength. Curls, presses, push-ups, planks, you name it, I’ve been doing it. Thank goodness it’s only 25 minutes if work because I’m nearly spent by the end, but the arms are complete Jello. As in I better not have to use my arms for a while after I finish. However, I’m definitely starting to see some definition into arms. So hey it’s working.
