Keeping It Low Impact

My foot is still acting up, so I’ve been attending classes still but keeping it low impact. So needless to say I’m not getting as intense of a workout as I’ve been account ones to, but I’m still working it which is the important thing.
I love a good Zumba workout even if I’m not doing the jumps and hops and as high impact as I usually do. It’s always fun to go to class with a bunch of people and laugh.
