I’ve been doing really well in the makin healthy eating choices both at home and out.
However, I’ve been a complete slacker at working out. I haven’t been nearly as active as I should be.
I know I just need to get back into the gym and attend classes again. However, it’s really hard to do when it’s nice outside. However, as sunny as it is out it’s too hot and humid to do a lot of activity outside without wanting to die from heat exhaustion or sweating to death.
I just need to stop making excuses and get my butt in gear. I’m going to have to make a schedule and just stick to it. I can do it if I put my mind to it as I was doing it for quite some time before getting injured. It’s time to get back into it.
