I really need to remember this and start doing this again always. Not just down of the times. Who cares if people look at me funny while I plug it all into my phone. I need to do it to keep track of what I’ve got going on and what I’m putting into my body. I do so much better when I keep track.
I’m really going to focus on this over the week. Track track track.

I hope your day was filled with family, friends, and great food.
I stuck to my plan fairly well today. I had some carrots and hummus as appetizers and then stuck to my food choices that I had planned on, although I had for got about the latkes, so I had 2 of them, they were baked rather than fried so, not too horrible. I also got in my workout, and went 2,500 steps over my daily goal. So all in all it was a good day.
